If he goes to Nebraska, they will say it was because of family, easy competition, to start a dynasty, etc. but most likely the real reason will be that he was bought and paid for.

Have been following him in his HS games and seems like a strong player. That said, his history is an amazing number of “hops” from one place to another (3 high schools, 3 university “commits” from what I could find online) for someone only 18 years old.

With so many other options for a record-setting team like UGA, I think there’s that certain DGD loyalty (see Bowers, McConkey, Jordan Davis, Nakobe, etc.) that is an intangible CKS really filters for. Does Raiola have it? No clue. Kirby must have thought so, at least initially. Or maybe he had an inkling… maybe Puglisi did too, hence why he signed up in the face of a strong player like Raiola?

Whatever the case, if we do end up retaining him, I have to wonder if he doesn’t enter the portal after a year of not being a starter. Guess I’m becoming a Puglisi advocate rapidly 😁

An interesting world we CFB fans have been **** into…

Wait, t-h-r-u-s-t is a censored word on DN!? The world is spinning on a different axis anymore… 🤯

Seems to me there was a deal made by Dylan's uncle Loiue (or whatever his name is) that if we(Nebraska) keeps you, you have to deliver Dylan to us. Dylan may be taking one for the team ( family).

I'm far more concerned about linebackers and edge rushers. I was hoping '24 was going to be the year Marvin Jones really starts to shine.

The only concern I really have about Dylan leaving is if other commits decide to leave as well.

Going to Nebraska is a hilarious choice but I guess a QB doesn't have to be on a good team to get drafted. Look at Levis.

All I can say to Dylan if he wants to say is BYE! If he's not he should squash the rumors but sounds like he's losing credibility.

Great! More chances for Puglisi. Puglisi is a stud. A lot better than most people think. Just look at his senior film. Awesome arm and he can run! More importantly, he wants to be a Dawg!

Let Raiola go to Nebraska and disappear under Ruhle's tutelage.

I'm more concerned about our OC's ability to get us back to a NC.

Nebraska has been mired in the pit of mediocrity, and that’s a generous judgement. If Dylan wants to go play there more power to him. He will probably spend four years running for his life. The portal and NIL have and will turn off a sizeable following for CFB. But the sporting world has become a money train. A baseball player just signed a multi-year professional contract for $700 million. What? That is insane. Where is all of the money coming from? Are all the advertisers paying obscene rates and adding that to their products. That is probably why a F150 costs about $48,000 at the entry level. I bought my first car, a brand new Toyota Corona MK2 in 1969 for $1,900. This craziness is driven by the Feds printing money and running up unbelievable deficits. The sporting segment is an example of very little fiscal restraint. If the Gov can do it then why can’t anyone else? And there is a very large segment of the population that is addicted to sports/entertainment. They could not walk away from it if their life depended upon it. And now the sporting industry has gotten involved in the gaming/gambling business, another addiction for a lot of folks. Very sad day.

Pug's a better QB. Dylan would have just left after a year. Better off this way.
