This doesn’t surprise me at all. He’s been to 5 high schools in 4 years and this is at least his second recommitment that we all know about. If you don’t want to be a dawg, we don’t want you either. If he wants to go lose every year, get his head beat in week after week and not even sniff a championship, go right ahead.

Ready to forever shut the book on Dylan whats his name.....The Dawg QB Leadership line of succession is now set Carson, Gunner, Pug.....and once again I'm calling for some creativity from Coach Bobo and Kirby......with two players as gifted as Gunner and Ryan, they both need to see some situational playing time.

lol " not to be a cog in some powerhouse machine, but to be something greater with ambition unseen..."

aka he wasn't going to be SPECIAL enough here. So glad we're not going a waste a years worth of NIL on this kid. Let him go be special and shuck corn. Pug is a dawg. Dylan is a 'donna.

Oh well… life goes on. Wish this young man the best. We will see what happens with his new decision. I’m sure Kirby Smart will still keep Georgia moving. Think about (and always remember) this: Georgia just did win TWO BACK2BACK NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS with a former walk-on playing at QB.

I'd rather have Puglisi anyway, stronger arm, quicker release, and accuracy as good or better than Raiola..and he actually wants to be a DAWG,. He has been since he committed to UGA. Puglisi is going to be a good one when his time comes. Unlike Raiola, who can't seem to make a decision, and honor it. He canges his mind as often as I change my socks, daily..GoDAWGS!

From a character standpoint, I think Puglisi is a much better fit. CKS has placed an emphasis on players who buy in to the UGA team-first philosophy and thus far, Puglisi fits that bill perfectly. We won back-to-back national championships with a 5'11" two star recruit who completely embraced CKS vision; I think that shows how important character is verses recruiting stars. Forget this Raiola; he'll be in the transfer portal in two years, especially after playing in the Big 10 behind Nebraska's offensive line.

I think the recruiting/character element has been well-covered, so I’ll touch on a different angle, just for kicks. As an English teacher, I have to say: that poem is a stinker. His rhythm is off, his rhymes are trite and forced, and his “cog in a machine” metaphor for being part of a group that doesn’t raise individuals above the team is flimsy at best. There’s no reason for the stanza breaks, and the narrative is relatively contradictory, both saying that the hero wants to steer clear of powerhouse glory and also to establish a dynasty. D-, but I’m generous with poetry scores.

But Puglisi is guaranteed to get the biggest cheer of all at the G-Day game next year. lol”

Truer words could not have been spoken!!

    Go Dawgs!
