Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Adonai Mitchell’s time as a college wide receiver has come to an end, as the talented wide receiver declared for the NFL draft on Tuesday.

Good luck Adonai and thanks for the memories and classy comments. I noticed that Jermaine Burton had nothing to say about his former team and teammates when he declared. That should have been expected since he has consistently been classless on and off the field. Go Dawgs and AD!!!
No hard feelings from this Dawg fan... God, family, and football (work) all in that order, and everything else falls into place. AD made history here at UGA: the go-ahead TD catch against Alabama; the go-ahead TD catch against Ohio State; 5 total TD catches in playoff games; 2 NCs... If he does nothing else in the realm of sports, he has made his mark. Wishing him well in the pros... AD, come see us sometime!
You said it all just right !! Agree !!
AD caught 2 TD passes in the TX win over AL this season. AD staying at UGA could've been the difference this season.
"didn't know how to celebrate" the "game winning TD" vs OSU? There is a lesson there for all players. IF OSU makes the midnight FG that isn't the game winning TD. Wait until after the clock runs to 000 to celebrate a win.
Perfect example of a DGD who moved on for reasons that were legit and understandable by most... text book case of how to do it "right." Complete opposite of "he who shall not be named" at the college West of Atlanta who, in my opinion, did every possible thing the wrong way (including smacking a female fan in the head, after he left, thank goodness).
Those two bookends are the examples of "gonna miss you, Dawg" and "good riddance!" Kirby continues to make the right decisions with his players 😁
Mr. Clutch! WHen you had t have it. Throw it to A.D.! Never will forget SB looking at the clock as soon as he threw that TD. You can read his mind, like, dangit, we left too much time on the clock. He's not thinking I just threw the game winning TD.
Thanks, AD. I sure do wish I had big bucks and could have moved your daughter (and her caretakers) to Georgia with you instead of the other way around. Seems clear to me that you would have preferred to remain a Bulldog if you could have, and we would have LOVED to have kept you. Clearly, we needed you. But now, best wishes on having a stellar NFL career. You'll always be a "Dawg" to me.
Nothing but respect! You are a DGD. Look forward to seeing you on the NFL scene. And also look forward to you coming back one day to stand and be recognized with your championship teammates.
A class act!
In my view, this gentleman will always be a DGD.
Good luck in the NFL and in your life.
Go, Dawgs!
AD you are indeed a rare Dawg......A Horn-Dawg who beat Bama TWICE! You'll always be a DGD!
I'm glad things are working out well for this DGD. I hope he does well on Sundays.
