I really liked JT and was disappointed that it didn't work out for him. I wish him the best.

Why haven't I seen any articles about Joe Cox getting hired? He's a DGD! That's exciting news!

I believe Cox has been hired by Kiffen just this week. He had been at Bama as TE coach I believe. Just got hired for Ole Miss.

JT did reclassify but that's because he was initially held back. He ended up in the appropriate grade for his age.

I hope he finds a spot somewhere and has a successful career. Nothing but positivity from JT. Go Dawgs and Fight On!

Did he ever get a UGA tattoo?

In some ways Carson Beck reminds me of JTD. Taller, less mobile guys that really know the O, can work through the progressions and can sling it.

"even having their own set of signals to help each other in games." Sounds like JTD was signaling info (coverages) into SBIV during games. A cerebral, high football IQ guy would seem to have a definite OC career path.

JTD's 2 400 yard passing games in '20 vs SEC teams is impressive.

JTD had all the tools but injuries held him back from achieving his potential. He is a very smart and savvy QB and will be an asset to any team smart enough to add him to their coaching staff.

I would also like to see him back in Athens.

One of the best HS QB's ever... of course some of his throws where to Amon-Ra St. BRown whio is on his way to becoming a superstar.

We'll be hearing from this guy, again. No doubt. He may even wind up, taking over for Kirby in Athens, one day. Who knows. Lol

Helluva man....IMO. The signals between QB's, doesn't surprise me in the least. I think that's been "a thing" for decades. I believe Miami did it in the early '80's under Jimmy Johnson. Afterall, it's a "team sport" in a Conference, where wins are hard to come by.

On a true team...EVERYBODY on the team, is all-in on "the win"....unless, your locker-room is afflicted with "me'ism", "super-star'ism" or "divided" in some other way....for lack of a better term.

I played on both types of teams. On the divided team with a couple of "super-stars" amid integration, we under-achieved [severely]....on the "brotherhood team" with a couple of "super-stars"....we over-achieved.

On the team that "over-achieved"....the "super-stars" worked with the younger guys and acted as "real" mentors....the underclassmen had clear direction, from day one. I suspect, that's how things work in Athens.

Come home, when you're ready, JT. We'll be waiting with a stack of Trophies in Butts-Mehr Hall. Lol....go Dawgs!

I wish JTD the very best life has to offer. He is a DGD for life as far as I’m concerned.
