We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Student tragedies at UGA

This has been a rough week in Athens. Yesterday, a young man, a resident at Brumby I believe, took his own life and today, a female student who was jogging at Lake Herrick failed to return to her residence. The police found her body, with visible injuries, at the Lake a few hours later.

I know I used to get angry with my daughter because she used to run alone at Herrick. This is just so wrong and so sad on every level.

Please keep these students and their families in your thoughts and prayers.
