TIME TO BOYCOTT DISNEY!!! IF YOU HAVE AT&T OR DIRECT TV YOUR LOSING ESPN CHANNELS! I HAVE DISH AND WILL MISS THE NOTRE DAME GAME.IM PI$$ED AND YOU ALL SHOULD BE TO!!
good tactics right there.
Feedback on Hulu ? I don't have anyone that is using it ? How it the reception and easy of use ?
Reception is based on your internet provider and what you have. Of course those with fiber will get the best reception. I have Windstream/Kinetics and get fair to decent reception. Some buffering at times but generally a good clear picture.
Once you get it set up with all your favorites and channels, it's pretty easy to navigate. One drawback is that it doesn't have a quick "previous channel" option, so trying to flip between games is a bit cumbersome. However, you can stream on, I think, up to three devices at the same time. Also you have unlimited DVR so you can record other games/shows while watching.
One side note, it takes a while adjusting to not having channel numbers. Channels are alphabetical in their listings.
Overall, I have enjoyed switch over.
Thank you Sir I appreciate it!!
Thanks for all the info, especially the comments on YouTube TV. I don’t understand streaming, wireless, ISP, etc., but recently got AT&T high speed with DirecTV. And as sure as the mainstream media is biased, DTV drops ABC, ESPN & all associated ESPN channels like SEC Network (no Finebaum!). So with them for 4 months and now missing what I’ve been waiting for since last year.
Guide suxs but overall satisfied Hulu plus Live TV
I had Hulu at one point and I can't remember why I moved on.
Can you set up channels in order that you want them and move them around as needed?
Youtube tv is very easy, even for an old man.
No but you can put them in favorites. Guide is the worst feature with Hulu…..
I have a friend who has CUE streaming and he swears by it. $60 a month for a billion channels and all sports. When I say all, I mean if you can't go to sleep at 1 am, you can turn on a cricket match in Indonesia. No contract. I have seen mixed reviews about it freezing up, but I have fiber, so I do not think that will happen. Has anyone else heard of, of use it?
Also, I have a jailbroken Firestick that helps me watch whatever I want. I usually do not use it, but I canceled Directtv and now have Hulu, but I watch every Braves' game and use the firestick for it.
I have YouTube TV (which I like) and Charter/Spectrum for internet (which I hate). Thinking of switching over to T-Mobile for internet. Good idea or not? Thanks!
Would like to see comments on T-Mobile internet, especially from someone in rural areas.
Dawgs vs Tenn Tec is on sec network at 0500 wed, 1st broadcast I can find. When Dawgs are on espn+ they are the last sec game to be rebroadcast sec network. Have not checked to See if that is case with other teams.
I'll see you on the radio
I hated Spectrum internet. Haven't tried T Mobile but fortunately I am in an area where they just added fiber. It's AT&T who I dont like much either but so far so good.
They have just added fiber in my area as well. It’s called Kinect but it’s AT&T. So far I’m very happy with it. I just signed up for the slower speed, but it’s consistently over 500 mbps! You can pay a bit more and get 1000 mbps, but 500 is way more than I actually need. Like night and day compared to the service I had before.
