Just released more details in another article...Harris was going 106mph!!!!

Seriously? No excuse for that, especially considering the deaths on the team due to reckless driving. These incidents keep happening, and it's really hard to understand why.

Not a great way to bring attention to yourself and the program, especially it having been completely avoidable. That said, it could be a life-changing turning point for Harris, as it has been for others over the years. That's a promise Kirby and his staff make on the recruiting trail… we're not just a football factory, rather a caring family that supports and helps you become better even when things go wrong, be it head trauma or simply not using your head. Go Dawgs!

I share your sentiment G. But I'm not sure they can legally do that because officially NIL is separate from the university.

He was tagged doing 106 MPH. It doesn't take a genius to know that only bad things can happen at that speed.

Hit the road Jack! Incredibly dumb thing to do after all the other incidents. Has he been under a rock somewhere?

As I mention in my prior post, and whether you/we agree with it or not— except in felony/physical violence cases or repeat offenders of program or school policy— that just doesn't tend to be the Kirby way and Georgia culture. I guess you can make the "love" so tough they'll take themselves out of the program… but I highly doubt Harris gets booted. Go Dawgs!

Kirby obviously isn't doing enough to end this problem. It's disgraceful to UGA and will certainly hurt our recruiting efforts. If we weren't on a 42-game regular season winning streak, Kirby's job would in jeopardy. He needs to double up on the NIL fines and suspension. This has to end and END NOW!

NIL is the problem. Too much too soon with unintended consequences. They are buying expensive, fast cars. Where are their parents? I know they are “grown” but a little advice wouldn’t hurt. They are going to show up for their funeral or in court for vehicular homicide.
