I told my son as soon as I heard it was a misdemeanor, that it was probably his girlfriend, and he wanted to breakup, and she got all bent out of shape, because she has a bun in the oven, and she probably tried to hit him, and he grab her arms, after he push her out the door, she probably called the po po, to get back at him, but only those that were there know what really happen, but if it's his child she's carrying he needs to man up, but in no way does he have to stay with her as a girlfriend, he isn't married to her.
As Lee Corso would say Not So Fast !! I’m gonna reserve judgement ( Not that I have a right to judge Anybody) until this issue is Fully investigated and Facts, not She said, He said are brought out.
In This country at least so far your supposed to be innocent until Proven guilty. He Might be guilty but then again he Might Not be to. She Said is not sufficient. AND even if she had mild marks on her body can she Prove that Young did it ?
IF in cap letters it’s Proven that he did do it then he should be punished severely. But at This juncture it seems it’s her words vs his. I hope for his sake he is proven innocent. I wish the off field drama would please Stop !!
Connor, can you clarify if she was or was NOT invited over? The way this reads to me is that they were already broken up. I would not invite over the woman I recently broke up with at midnight. Perhaps I misunderstand.
She was afraid of him, but went to his apartment ?? Lots of details/truth to uncover. Go Dawgs!
Can't count how many times I had to have follow up conversations with someone i already broke up with…
Also, guilt of the double back a few times myself.
She was mad that he was talking to another woman! That's the main thang in this situation. The cops in Athens/ Clarke County are the most aggressive cops I've ever encountered. I'm 63 years old. They were like this in the 80s.
For everyone involved, I hope that's the case. Heated argument and he was just trying to remove her and himself from the situation. If not and he was purposely trying to hurt her or the baby, kirby has to kick him to the curb and let the courts handle him, hopefully harshly
this is BULL 💩!
He said, she said!
No witnesses.
Why wasn’t she arrested for unlawful trespassing?
“Ex-girlfriend”?! Mind your own business, do not concern yourself to who your “ex-boyfriend” is talking to on the phone!
It isn’t her concern!
You go to your “ex boyfriends” place to “discuss” what, exactly, after 12 pm MIDNIGHT!?!
And I am SO SURE the Athens PD went into this with an open mind, and asked her why she was in his place of residence, when she had zero business being there at 12 pm midnight!
Please, this is a straight HIT JOB on a Georgia player, HE SAID, SHE SAID.
and if there are NO CAMERA footage of what took place, then this is a nothing burger, PERIOD.
After reading this, I tend to lean toward Colby didn't do anything wrong. Sounds more like he broke up and she's trying to get back by making this up.
Only two people know what really happened.
So, the girl is pregnant.
what’s irritating about this is the girl can just make stuff up and it screws his life up- hopefully he learns that she is bad news
The arresting officer requested a “no bond” situation? Hmmmmm.
TIll I find out otherwise,....through actual evidence.…that Young tried to hurt her....I'm givin' the kid the benefit of the doubt.
I'm curious....how would they have handled this if she were a transvestite.
🙏😔😞
