Surprisingly, the middle of the defense is playing well, but edge rushers and DB's are really struggling. I don't think the coaching is where it has been. Our defensive backs are terrible. Everette can't get it done, but what's worse, Humphrey seems to have regressed. M Starks has been inconsistent. I'm thinking something is wrong with our DB coaching. Kirby needs to get involved this week. O line is a huge problem - they couldn't push a six grade girl out of the way. At any rate, we will lose to Texas unless something changes. And that's a lot to ask one week out.

Just how is college football a "loser" ? I watched almost 12 hours of college football on Saturday and it was fantastic. If this is the state of college football, I can easily overlook it's imperfections and enjoy the s@*t out of it!!!!

go back to the grading of A/B etc. Even though the DB's and some others looked a little pitiful; I don't want to label anyone as a loser

    "College Football: Loser"

    I don't get it.

    Go, Dawgs!

Through the first half of the season, the only position groups that have NOT been a big disappointment (given personnel, injuries, etc.) are Kicking, RB, WRs, and maybe DL. I expected elite performance from the QB, OL, LB, and DB rooms, and impressive stuff from the TEs… but those have all been inexplicably way underperforming. It's not too late for switches to flip across all those positions, because by all accounts the recruited talent is there. But that needs to happen right away to have any chance against Texas. Go Dawgs!

College Football should be a winner. Leave it to these pitiful writers to contradict their own article. Do you even read what you write? Could you get through the typos? That's what the rest of us are stuck doing.

And please flush this horrible format down the toilet. It's been weeks we've all had to endure it with no fix. Is there anyone there actually running this show?

If I could give this multiple thumbs up, I would! Absolutely inexcusable that this horrific design and execution of the DN interface has not been fixed (much less redesigned; the fundamental design is flawed). It’s really disrespectful to the DN followers and posters.

As to the “Loser: College Football” it seems clear to me this was another rushed post. The supporting text seems to imply CFB is a winner… and most us agree 😀👍

Yes. I really didn’t get why that was listed as a loser, particularly considering how it was written up. Glaring typo?

“The way we play defense, we don’t give up any short, intermediate passes.” A puzzling statement of all time proportions. Everette is at least 5 to 7 yards off the receiver on any short pass. Then, unbelievably, he’s easily beaten on long passes and never even tries to play the ball. Never looks back after the receiver has blown by him. Is this a coaching problem, a player problem, or both?

Yurosek is the worst blocking TE I can remember playing at UGA. If that makes you a winner, he’s a winner for sure.
