Georgia can't hide any longer behind what was a much easier slate of annual opponents in the SEC East.

Yes Kirby, welcome to the new reality.

    Malaki Starks:

“We got to be better, and we got to execute better,” safety Malaki Starks said. “And don’t point fingers, you don’t need to point fingers. Look yourself in the mirror and realize what you got to do better. But I think that’s something that we all can do, and that we got to go back to work on Monday.”

Reddawg, I thought the same thing. 'Least bama got off the canvas and "competes" (kirby's fav reply LOL)

Is there enough toilet paper for LSU and UGA 😝

UGA has got to get better at the run game. Then, get some WRs who can catch the ball and RUN…separate too. Go to the portal and land some ELITE big boys up front on the Oline. I would also look for another much more mobile QB who can throw with accuracy. Lane Kiffin is a good coach and went out and bought elite QB, linesmen et al. It worked. NIL is where it is at…like it or not. Today, it seems, we buy our elite teams. Georgia is falling behind. slowly. Not g etting thee best recruits either…and coaches……yes, coaches. Kirby must deal with some harsh realities. Remember Monken? I do.

You are either elite or you are not….That goes for coaches too. We never had a great OL when Coach Searles was here before. This years supposed contenders for the Joe Moore award have not lived up to that. Yes there were injuries on the OL, but coaching up the backups is part of the job. Heck coaching the starters to be elite is part of the job. I keep watching film evaluations of UGA, and all year there have been issues pointed out. Has there been no film study by the team? When someone gets beaten badly, getting better means coaching them to learn how to avoid that. And the WR room is not much better. Coley was not a great success the last time he was here. How much work on catching footballs has been done? Try somebody new at OL and WR. MIght motivate the starters. That could be applied to the QB room, too!

Like many others, I was offended by Carson's attitude on the sidelines. Stetson Bennett said "I wasn't going to have that ( 'fumble' given to Alabama that should have been an incomplete pass ) be the reason we lost". I never once saw Stetson less than serious when we were trailing in a game. I believe that Carson was the QB in a G-Day game who went in, quickly threw an interception, and was smiling about it as he left the field. If Tennessee handles us like Ole Miss did, I will be very happy to see different numbers playing QB!
