Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Screw the analytics. Nearly cost us the game . Game would have been over in regulation. THe old saying is you never go for two til th e4th quarter.
it was just plain crazy to go for two at that point in the game. I don’t believe the analytics say go for two when an extra point makes it a 10 point game. If the analytics do say that, the analytics are dumb. 17-8 is not significantly better than 17-7 while 17-6 is much worse because now you may have to go for two again. KICK IT KIRBY and you win the game 28-27 with no overtime. I was literally shouting at the TV saying KICK IT, KICK IT.
Same. I was yelling at the TV, What are you doing?!
The decision made absolutely no sense.
Lies, **** lies, statistics and analytics! There’s no football reasoning for going for two; even if GT doesn’t score again, UGA would have had to score twice with one of them being a TD.
