Yes, that's how you develop a 5-star recruit— give him plenty of meaningful snaps as early as possible. Go Dawgs!

Defensive line will be the deciding factor. Can they get to the guy, break down, and get him on the ground.

JUst read an article that at least one writer projects that since Ewers has struggled with injuriies and performance this season that he returns(somewhere) for another year of college in order to improve his draft stock. THe feeling is that Texas is prepared to move forward with Arch in 2025 irregaurdless of Ewer's decision, and that Ewers would have to transfer. Hummm.

Don't understand fully why mobile QBs are the DAWGs kryptonite but they sure are. At times it seems that everyone is so aggressive and flying to where they think the ball is that they leave their assignment or drift and that leaves a cut-back lane wide open. Or, they are so busy trying to **** the ball (see Williams losing control of the RB against Tech that then saw a loss of 1-yard turn into a 60 something yard gain) before they have the runner fully stopped. This game will require discipline and alignment and not falling for too many fakes and eye candy shifts.

We know the DAWGs have it in them; we just surely need it to emerge in Atlanta Saturday afternoon. Go DAWGS!

The statistical note about Jamon-Dumas Johnson shows how truly great he is and it’s sad that he’s played his last college football game. I just wish he had finished out his career at UGA because we certainly could have used his talent and leadership this year. Too bad he left because he’d have a lot more football ahead of him this season. Oh well, “Pops” had to do what he had to do at the time. Go Dawgs and good luck JDJ!!!

Not sure why the word s t r i p was blocked but that is the word missing in the above post. Would love to see the algorithm that captured this. Go DAWGS!

It is time for Mykel Williams to stand up and be counted. I can count on one hand the number of games he has impacted this year. I realize he was injured much of the year but now is the time.

HA! I was trying all kinds of fill-in-the-blank options, and just couldn't peg one… let's see if THAT word gets any stars…
