Give me a break, 9 yards in the 1st 20 minutes. 2 1st and goal inside the 5, 6 points. Bobo does know what a Jumbo package is, he used it successfully 3 times this season. I guess he's so **** he forgot what it is. He's nearly abandoned having the qb under center. Where was Beck on the winning play, under center. Throwing on 3RD and 14 on the last play in regulation with a field goal looming. Yeah, he a great OC.
I think we win inspite of Bobo at times. UGA gets great talent at least according to the recruiting classes we sign. To go game after game without scoring a TD in the first half with UGA’s talent you can’t seriously be called a great OC. First or second round QB, 2nd or3rd round RB. Huge offensive linemen and not great but certainly adequate receivers. And other teams are mashing your defense? Come on man!
Colbie Young could be a great add for the playoffs. I saw elsewhere he is practicing w team. Guess we find out next week w DA decision.
benzone, your points are very well made and having watched his growth since he played at Thomasville/his Dad was the HC and great…Mike's knowledge and experience as a player and coach is outstanding….I just wish we had a "co-OC" to temper the occasional head scratcher plays that are called.
