    I wonder what Florida State would say about our backup

    @sthop456,

    I agree with you 100%. My concern is not with Gunner as he has practiced against a good defense for 3 years. I am concerned about Puglisi or Rashada or whomever Gunner's back up is.

    More than likely, it's going to be Puglisi. They had him ready to go at the SECCG before deciding to send Beck back in for that last play.

    Agree 100%! Media, and especially any Golic, has historically built up ND each time they have been in any playoff and yet they haven't been remotely successful and have mostly been trampled. Not saying the DAWGS will trample them but to remotely state ND has any advantage when their biggest win is against A&M in the first game of the season.

    DAWGs just need to take care of themselves, scheme up a solid game plan to take advantage of what Stockton brings, and have the D play solid, and I really like the chances of a win.

    Bwahaha !!! Love that comment !!! Thank You for putting a big smile on my face !! Bulletin Board material galore about ND. If we listened to all the national talking heads Dawgs about as well forfeit the game vs the Irish. NOT !!! Their schedule was chock full of cupcakes and they even lost to one of those !! Dawgs ain’t scared of no leprechaun !!

    ! Dawgs will be feasting on them like green steak !!! Go Dawgs !!! P.S. They talk like Gunner is a green freshman right out of HS, nope this young man has been grooming for this moment !! I trust him fully at the helm of the Red & Black !!

    Rewatched the SECCG today. All Kirby and Chris could talk about was the mighty TX defense, they were plum drooling…….. until Gunner led the Dawgs ( with allot of help from his fellow Dawgs) to a TD !!! Man it was like flipping a light switch !!! They went from poor little backup QB to Hey this kid can play !!! Love it !!! 🤣

    Having seen Notre Dame play, and taking into account their history, and the historical Luck of the Irish, I am absolutely not discounting their chances against the Dawgs or their chances in the playoffs. However, the Irish have to get past a better than you might expect Indiana team before we have to be concerned about them.

    Our focus must be on improving ourselves. Nothing else much matters. Nothing else is under our control.

    Go, Dawgs!
