    Whom, is backing up Stockton?

What is the quarterback depth chart, now?

There are any number of highly skilled orthopedic surgeons that could repair CB's elbow…..given that Carson has picked the Premier , #1 OS in the world with a prognosis of "throwing in spring" tells me the NFL looms larger in his future. I suspect Carson will enter the draft, skip all of the pre-draft combine and rely on his demonstrated accomplishments with the success and stellar reputation of Dr El Attrache…..this guy is the go to form Tom Brady to Ringo Starr…..Here goes all that NIL cash…might be trading in the Lambo for a Lexus to cover the cost…..but, it'll all be back when he starts in 25 for some very fortunate NFL team.

Does Stetson have another year of eligibility? Maybe his story has one more chapter left to be written.

@BigDawg61 that is a very good point. I’m not worried about having Gunner Stockton as the starter, but I am concerned about not having him as the backup (if that makes any sense).

    GO DAWGS!

Kirby alluded that Puglisi was ready to go in when Gunners helmet flew off. So that hints at Ryan being next up. However Rasada does have a couple of starts before he transferred.

Lol...pretty funny. In fact, any QB that left "eligibility time' on the table, when they turned pro....is certainly In-play, now.

Beck's in a bad spot. I feel for him. At this point, there's a good chance, he won't get drafted. He was already suspect after a turnover laden 5 game stretch. Now....he doesn't know if he'll have the same velocity and accuracy after he heals.

I don't know, if Beck coming back to Athens would be an advisable option, either. At least..."not yet". We'll know more on January 20th.

    I don't have a clue...of what I would do...if I were in his shoes. Lol

I hope Beck has a full recovery but from what others who had Tommy Johns surgery have gone through I think it is unlikely that he will be throwing by the spring. It normally takes 12-18 months to recover and rehab.

That makes perfect sense. QB position is very green after Gunner. Right now two guys competing for the backup spot. Looks like Jaden Rashada and Ryan Puglisi are both in the mix with Rashada most likely the guy in if something were to occur with Stockton. Then there is Colton Ginn, a preferred walk-on.

I feel for CB. I wish him a speedy and full recovery.

Now that the cloud of uncertainty has lifted the Dawgs can get locked in on preparations. Given the team first system I don't see this change being as big a deal as the media portrays it. IMO, the Dawgs will respond to this and come out stronger than ever.

    Go Dawgs!!

Best of luck to Carson Beck for a full and complete recovery. It will be interesting to see where he goes from here.

    Go, Dawgs!

I am reading 5 to 11 months. If so Beck should hit the portal.

Thank You Carson for your time well spent at UGA. Wish you the Very best on and off the field. May God work through your health care pros and give you a full and speedy recovery. You did Very, Very well at UGA and Will be remembered in a positive light. Only three losses in Two full seasons And post season play is Excellent and an Incredible feat. There are countless very good QBs who didn’t even come close to what You achieved. I have No doubts that you will be highly successful in the NFL should you decide to go that route at this time.
