Jordan Davis anchors ‘PhillyDawgs’ Eagles defense, sacks Patrick Mahomes in 40-22 Super Bowl win

The “PhillyDawgs” were flying high on Sunday night, helping the Philadelphia Eagles to a 40-22 SuperBowl LIXv win over Kansas City.

Glad to see the Eagles beat KC for all the marbles. The Eagles defense proved that Mahomes is human after all. They harrassed, pressured, and sacked him the entire game. Was also great not seeing taylor swift after every good play by KC, or Travis Kelce. Since both Kelce, and Mahomes were non factors in the outcome, and had very few positive plays on offense between them for chief fans to cheer about. KC was manhandled in every aspect of the game by a more talented team last night, and it showed.. no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
was super proud of the Dawgs players yesterday! Incredible defense! That being said, stats for the game show only Jordan Davis having a sack. Carter played strong, applied a lot of pressure and **** up a lot of double teams which allowed other players to make hits, but I didn’t see him with a sack, and officially, it doesn’t look like NFL did either. He did get a few QB hits though.
And the ****. ****, ****, **** Atlanta Falcons organization passed on every single player.
Score in no way reflects this outcome for KC. Impotent! It was so one-sided….Dawgs-O-Rama!!! So proud of our former Dawgs. This can only help UGA in recruiting.
And the Eagles defense accomplished all that without 1 single blitz call from the DC the entire game. Eagles D Line simply whipped the ever loving crap out of KC's inept O Line. That's a stout Eagles defense, from the front line, the LB's, to the back end guys in the secondary. A tremendous pool of talent for the Eagles defense. I'd hate to be an opposing OC and have to game plan around that group of players. Congrats Eagles!
Jalen didn't get a sack because he was given the sleeper hold the whole game…this game made Ohio's mauling (uncalled) of him look light by comparison…
Thank God the Falcons are inept and these kids made it to a Super Bowl winning team!
