Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Conner…sorry but your story is marred by your typos. I usually ignore some typos but you phoned this one in.

My favorite is when there is a misspelling in the article headline. Didn't happen here but sometimes does. 😉

Ditto. Pretty distracting. And the randomness of comments on-or-off is also pretty dismissive of the fans/readers, IMHO...

Being able to read a defense quickly is the most important aspect of being a QB today. Most of the time today, the defense changes right before the snap or as soon as the ball snaps. Being able to recognize blitzes, changes to coverages, and make split second decisions - the right decisions - can mean the difference in a ball game. The OL has to recognize some of these changes as well. That's why experience trumps talent these days. Glad to see Stockton gaining more confidence and making better decisions.

Gunner, or any QB for the Dawgs, will go as far as the Oline will take him. Pass protection and opening holes for the backs has got to improve from last year. I know the Oline is loosing a lot of talent, but to me how an Oline gels trumps talent. Drew Bobo and Gunner need to be on the same page and have the ability to communicate to the rest of the line. I think Coach Searels needs to have a great year for the Dawgs to win big.

Conner, rest assured your FOOTBALL BLOG is not only read by little old lady librarians. Keep ‘em coming!

    Go Dawgs!

Must be a generation thing. The typos bug an old school guy like this writer, but apparently don’t bug Conner. Nevertheless, I do enjoy reading Connor’s articles.
