The former Bulldogs’ All-American calls it like he sees it, and much to the chagrin of UGA fans, he’s not seeing Georgia as a preseason Top 5 team in 2025.

Is David stuck in 7th grade? ”I’m like brah, like cool, like Dawgs got no juice.” Some people conveniently forget the injury bug we were fighting all last season and an O-line that just never jelled with all the different plug and play every week. Actually I think that Kirby will be smiling and sending David and small token of his appreciation for keeping the Dawgs doubted and disrespected. We’ve got as much talent as any team in the country it’s just a matter of putting it all together every week. Go Dawgs!

“Yeah, absolutely, I’m not putting Georgia in the top five,” Pollack said on his show"

I think that's exactly where CKS and company would like to start. Let this team feel disrespected and under-appreciated when they take the field. If this team can stay healthy through fall camp, they will have several "dudes" that will emerge and take the SEC by storm!

    GO DAWGS!

I think we have to admit that NIL has changed some things. We no loger enter the season as the team to beat or next to it. We have to replace a lot of production on both sides of the ball. To excel above everyone else this season would be Kirby's best season yet. Hard enough to tun the table with a team of experienced ballers, muchless alot of inexperience or lack of experience.

not sure what NIL has to do with that. We are starting a (relatively) new QB and replacing 3/5 of an OL and nearly all of our pass catchers. Plenty of question marks on offense. Throw in expanded playoffs for more variance and that’s enough for us to not be an automatic favorite.

Pollack was a great player but he still talks and acts like an adolescent.

He continues to try and look unbiased then shows up at the complex acting like he

is all supportive and owns the place. Then goes out and trashes the program left and right.

    Tired of his act…."brah"

@Kasey "not sure what NIL has to do with that. "

Most pundits say that NIL has affected the better teams like BAMA ,UGA and Ohio St from being able to stack your Fr. and Sophmores like you used to or not as much. THey will often transfer out if they are going to just be used for depth. NIL has, if not leveled the playing field, certainly it has brought the 2nd tier teams teams closer to being on par with top teams that used to just recruit better. In what world does Ole MIss beat our pants off, if not for NIL?

If you don't feel NIL has changed any of that, good on you. Your welcome to your opinion, I'm mostly quoting from some who write for DAWGNAtion.

we couldn’t protect the passer against Ole Miss and the game was on the road. Why couldn’t our NIL stars ETN and Yurosek et. Al help us top them?

Yes it’s hard to stack talent but to me that’s more a product of transfers not having to sit out a year more than NIL. But NIL is easier to trash I suppose.

No one "trashed NIL" , just pointing out the obvious. People transfer for a couple of reasons, sometimes it's just about getting an opportunity to start, which by-in- large is the #1 reason perhaps , but money is a big factoe(again just pointing out the obvious, not begrudging anyone getting paid). I think Carson Beck may be a case in point. I'm sure there are ohers but simply not worthmy time to look see. Have a great day!

To Mr. Pollack, pound sand! Whiniest talking head outside of a few nimrods at ESPN. Loves to see the Dawgs fail to validate his crappy takes.

Headline? Lol....of course he said that. An optimistic projection...wouldn't get ya a wooden Buffalo Nickle....in ads or clicks. Cause, it's anticipated...expected...and, uses too much "common sense".

Anybody making a buck on relevance....is doubting UGA. Again!

Why?....because it makes headlines...and advertising money. NOT, because it makes sense, or because there's logical analytics, at play.

Lol...still got to do it, on the gridiron...not, in the papers. Nothing's changed, except how athletes get compensated. Kirby still Coaches, The Georgia Way...and, that's enough..imo..
