Why would the article be about the WR but the picture is of someone else!!!!! Recruits see stuff like this. Little to no effort put into this. And plus the guy is a 3* not a 4*...

Because the article is NOT about Dandridge. It's about, "Who might it (UGA) land next?" It's clearly stated in the title.
The picture is of DB Chase Calicut who is in fact, a 4*. If you were talking about Dandridge, he is a composite 4* with a .914 rating according to 247 so no error for either of these players.
