Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Sure hope Cooper (and his family) see this as the perfect time to get out of South Florida (i.e., Univ. Miami)— where the distractions and influences aren't conducive to personal and professional development— and land in Athens/RBU where he can fully focus and be best prepared for the League. Go Dawgs!

Dang @khummel I had a prepared speech on the same thoughts you already put to pen. 😉 I e ho your thoughts here and if he is truely interested in betting coached and prepped for the league then he will skip out on UM and come to Athens. The UGA way is harder and you will work your butt off BUT, the competition in practice and game days is second to none in Athens. The way I see this commitment going is if it is all about money then he goes elsewhere, if it is truely about getting to the league and family then he comes home to UGA and becomes a dawg. @JeffSentell what do you think?

@Woodrow: Some kids can't resist the bling, and it's all over the place in various forms in SFL, scant of which is helpful to shaping a better version of yourself. (BTW, I say this having been born and raised in south Florida.) Cooper needs to get out of that environment if he wants to become the best possible football player, setting himself up to go to the League and make big money for a few years, then go back to SFL to bask as still a young man if he so desires. Go Dawgs!
