Couple of data points here indicate a very disappointing pattern. If guilty, Seven Cloud's potentially lucrative professional (football) career could be over before he even takes his first check at Georgia. Hard to imagine, even in the heat of the moment, how so many choices are made without greater practical understanding, let alone maturity. Go Dawgs!

He either doesn't learn from his mistakes or he is in a relationship with a toxic woman.

Hopefully he learns from his mistakes and doesnt continue making the same mistake over and over..but making the same mistake twice in just a few weeks is not a good sign that he is learning from it or will in the future. He may never play as a UGA Bulldog..

Learn and part of learning is get most likely to get a new one young man. You have much more to lose than 99% of us. Move on and mature emotionally. She presses your buttons…

DV is not always a case of buttons being pushed. Some people are straight up abusive. No idea what his situation is and he clearly needs some help but the victim is not responsible.

Wonder how long it’ll take USC, TX, FSU trolls to start pinging his cell?

It's a dangerous road for today's athlete, any misstep can lead to a criminal record. After the first argument that resulted in charges he should have ended the relationship.

[Police allege that “Cloud did knowingly cause physical contact with another person, in a rude, angry or insulting manner.”]____DN Article

???....huh? What does that even mean?! Most of the people I know, have done that at one point or another...especially when I was in the military and in my 20's.

How do they define "angry or insulting manner"? Who determines whether or not it's "angry OR insulting"?....the "victim"? Lol...and since when, is it illegal to be "rude"?

Everybody's lookin' to be "a victim" these days, cause it's profitable.

You can see people being "rude, angry & insulting" to police officers and fellow citizens, in California, Illinois & NY everyday on the News. Not to mention, on College Campuses. With zero arrests or charges filed.

Imo....Cloud's biggest mistake, was NOT cutting her ass loose after the first call to police.

Unless of course, he beat her or choked her or punched her. I have no tolerance for that crap. If that's the case....I trust Kirby will handle it appropriately. Neither the coaches nor the players, have any kind of acceptance for that kind of behavior.

Bottom line is, I haven't heard the details....so, i reserve opinion. I've seen too many people railroaded by our "infallible justice system" lately, to blindly believe their side first.

UGA needs this DL recruit. My guess is CKS puts him on the back burner to wait and see how this plays out. If it is pleaded down or otherwise goes away he will be on the team next season a la Colbie Young.

UGA is crossing over into Dan Mullins recruiting territory. Dan Mullins was forced to take on any recruit that had talent because of the FU fan base's expectations and his lazy, lackadaisical approach to recruiting. In order to save his job and try to compete w/UGA Mullins took anybody he could get with talent.

NIL is doing the same thing to UGA. Unless you want to pay up you take lesser rated players or potentially problem children who come at a lower cost. Remember when UGA rejected 5* Zach Evans because of questionable character? With NIL taking players off the UGA board financially UGA will now be forced to take on players that otherwise would not have had a place at UGA.
