Just a curiosity question. Is it still less than an ounce is possession but an ounce or over is possession with intent to sell ? I don’t understand the article really ( and no I ain’t smoking any mj lol ) but it says he was charged for possession of more than 1 oz. then it says also charged with possession less than 1 oz. So for example could that be he had for instance say 1 1/4 oz. ? If that’s the case the second charge of having less than 1 oz doesn’t make much sense. Seems like the having 1 oz or more would cover all the bases. Oh well that’s why lawyers can sure be handy lol !! Some of these laws are mind boggling !! Don’t smoke mj to get high just read a law book !! That way you can get high, be legal, and get paid !! 🤣🤪🤣🤪
