A hometown kid who stays in Athens to be a Bulldog. I was hoping he'd choose the DAWGS, welcome to the Family young man..GoDAWG!

Man!!!...this guy has reach and quickness, with strong hands.…which he uses to gain seperation [get off of blocks], about as well as i've ever seen from a HS Player. He plays more like a DE or MLB. I wonder if Kirby has plans to use him at a non-DL position?.

Great pickup. Possibly, the Sleeper of the '26 Bulldog Class...imo. Especially, under the watchful eyes & guidance, of the Dawg Defensive Coaching Staff. Bravo Zulu, to UGA's Recruiting and Scouting Dept.. To rhe whole team...nice recruiting year!. Built to sustain.

Really surprised on this win, with Kirby getting in so late in the process. I hope he does well so his dad can be so super proud. GATA!!

Watching Lonon's highlight video makes me.wish UGA played more 4-3. Lonon using his size and quickness to plug holes, tackle to tackle as MLB, would be a sight to see.

some have compared him to David Pollack so he will be fun to watch.

I think it helped a lot that his dad played at UGA, and his mom holds 2 degrees from UGA. Probably not the deciding factor in his decision, but I'm sure it influenced him some when he made his decision..GoDAWGS!

I don't think he's going to be able to slip between two defenders in the SEC like he does in HS. Going to need to hit the weight room and bulk up.

Lol....you noticed that too, huh? That's his quickness and vision working for him. That's "natural"...you can't teach that. I'm sure, he'll find a way to use that at the next level.

Imo.…It's better, than not having vision....with the speed and quickness, to take advantage of it. Add that, to strength and experience....you got yourself a dangerous sack-machine. Put him on the End or use him like Saban used Will Anderson. Lol
