You might want to go back and watch UGA Offensive series #1 & #2. Pay particular attention to Micah Morris. He is one dominant lineman...but, moreover...he's obviously good leader.
Watch how Delp, Freeling, Bobo and Gaston work with him and around him. And, keep in mind....they ARE going to get better. Especially, Gaston...a true Freshman.
Imo....This could be the best Offensive Line the Dawgs have had, in years. IF...they can stay healthy.
Fyi.…I also believe that Greene may have gone into that game, hurt. He didn't play the way I've seen him play. Then, sure enough...he comes out with a lower extremity issue. Idk....just sayin.
When we can reliably make a 3rd and 2 conversion, I'll think about believing.
Ummm....we scored in the first 2 series'. Remember?. If...there was a 3rd and 2...they must've made a first down. Lol...just kidding. Apparently you weren't aware, that I disregarded the rest of the game....wrt, the offensive line, anyway. For obvious reasons.
One thing I think is inevitable....I may be wrong...but, I believe Gaston is being trained to take over left tackle spot. And, Freeling will slide into one of the guard spots.
Probably the rìght side...in order to pair Gaston up with the more experienced Morris on the left. Morris can help the less experienced Gaston learn rhe blocking assignments. To answer questions he might have, based on defensive alignment.
This scenario would give Bobo an experienced top quality LT for the 2026 Season.
