Former Georgia assistant and offensive line coach Sam Pittman will no longer be the head coach at Arkansas, as the school announced it relieved Pittman of his duties.

Would love to see Coach Pittman back as the UGA OL coach, but this may signal the start of his retirement. I wish him nothing but the best in his future, whether its coaching, or enjoying retirement.
Sam is soon to be 64 and is owed $9.8 million. Why would any coach in a similar position come back to the madness of NIL and the transfer portal. I would just make sure that the university had the address of my cabin in the Ozarks, and make sure they had the right account number for the direct deposit.

I agree, even if he did, I dont see him coaching many more years. Might not even be around long enough to recruit his types of offensive linemen, get them on campus, coached up, and working as a cohesive unit before he decides its time to call it a career, and retire..GoDAWGS!
