ATHENS — Georgia has been here before with Nate Frazier. They’ve talked about the importance of protecting the football and not giving away yards and points.

Frazier should be made to carry a darn football with him where ever he goes, and anytime any of his teammates see him they should try to rip the ball out, every time they succeed he runs the stadium stairs for an hour…ridiculous that he STILL carries the ball like a loaf of bread after all the fumble issues he has had…sure hate to see all that talent wasted!

I know it’s tough on Frazier, but he can’t keep giving the ball away, especially in crucial situations.
If you had told me that Georgia would out rush them by 100 yards, I would have thought we would win handily. Bad play calls and execution, head scratching personnel decisions, poor defensive and offensive performance, and bad coaching ultimately doomed our Dawgs.

On that 4th down play, getting tackled behind the line of scrimmage is no different from a fumble. So having your returning starter 210 lb. 3rd team preseason All-SEC guy in there instead of your 185 lb. walk on should have been a no-brainer. Just sayin' …

"**** it was a solid hit right on the arm …lets move on please"

"and the other was a hit directly on the ball."

I get it, fumbles happen. But in both instances two hands on the ball would have probably prevented that, or do they not teach and do that in football anymore?

Bowens is the man! UGA has not had a big bad back like him since Chubb left. Frazier needs to learn how to hit the hole and go instead of flopping his feet up and down. I don't see why McCray can't get touches other than red zone touches. Watching him against South Carolina in the bowl game was impressive. Personell decisions on offense have been awful so far this year. I hope everyone keeps on Kirby's a… until he owns this.

He was holding it high & tight…just like it’s taught when you see some daylight & break the LOS. Right arm up & left arm down when it’s handed off, QB places it in the pocket.

Not a fundamental thing - no one is making excuses for him, but **** does happen.

Why do some Coaches make a big deal out of fumbles by a Back, but don't make a big deal out of an interception by the QB? Some Coaches will bench a Back because of fumbles, but not a QB. Frazier should have been right back out there on the next possession with the ball in his hands.

Different kind of mistake. More immediate control. Fewer variables.
