Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

No need to worry about any playoffs, because if we don't beat Ole Miss at home on Saturday, the players will be watching the CFP from their living rooms. Ole Miss is a better team than Bama. It would behoove us all to approach this game with utmost seriousness and vigor.
OM was clearly looking ahead last week, which means two things - there's a reflex to underestimate them now, and they've basically spent the last two weeks preparing for this game.
A TD spread seems like an overreaction, especially considering that it means Georgia will have to win the second half by 17-20 points.
Lane was probably planning for UGA and looking ahead, because he thought Washington State was a push over. Ole Miss beat a more mature team last year, they can certainly beat a younger team this year. A TD favorite is beyond the pale.
I hope our fans are crazy loud.
it’s a transfer QB making his first sec road start against a team that’s pretty good against the run. Plus the ole miss defense isn’t as good this year. If you’re so confident take the points and put your money where your mouth is.
The slow starts, especially on defense, don't bode well for this game. Ole Miss was the Dawg's worst defeat last year and maybe in a few years. They looked outclassed against them last year, and after the first score, they were never really in the game. The defense has to take LK out of his comfort zone on the play-calling side. Hopefully, the Dawgs' offense can jump out quickly and force them to chase, which could lead to some mistakes. I don't know that the Ole Miss defense is as stout as last year, so maybe we'll have some success running the football.
