Branch’s dynamic ability began to warp the gravity of the Georgia offense. On a critical fourth down on the aforementioned drive, Branch ran a route to the flat. He took two Auburn defenders with him, freeing up London Humphreys for an easy conversion.

This was one of my favorite plays of the game! Well-conceived and well- executed!
Aubarn was set up for this play by the previous throws to Branch!

    Just loved it!
    Go Dawgs!

Too bad Branch will be in the NFL when Curtis gets to UGA. That would be something to see.

We have the talent at wide receiver and Gunner can get them the ball. But we're too busy throwing screens..… have we even taken one deep shot with branch

Golly gee whillickers. I wonder why he doesn't see as much action as he could…

…How is it so? I just wish Bobo would watch game tape of Monken's skillful playcalling. That guy knew how to get the ball to the ballers

Yes, it's a good idea to get the ball to your most dynamic playmaker. That's why Herschel Walker carried the ball 30+ times per game.

Branch has been a pleasant surprise at WR and maybe a little disappointing as a returner. He has already shown better hands (and toughness) than expected and made catches that Lovett didn't make last year. I did expect him to break 2-3 KO/P returns for TD's this year. Maybe he is saving them for the biggest games?

UGA could use him more but then his injury risk goes up. With the depth at WR, UGA is using #1 the appropriate amount so far. We may see his usage increase this week and against the tougher opponents going forward.

Your comment threw me for a second. Had to think about it. The realized even the "mod" can't use the word "**it".

Branch is extremely quick and elusive. He'll play on Sundays. The question is will it be in '26 or '27? Probably '26 considering Kiper ranks him #23 overall in this draft cycle.

Everything we've heard about Branch1 has been positive. He has been a great pick up. BUT I wonder how happy he really is a UGA. The offense has not been very explosive and he has not been used as much as he probably thought he would. The OL has not been very good in pass protection and the QB hasn't thrown the ball down the field. Half (?) of the play calls by the OC are runs up the middle.

I read somewhere that HOF Raider WR Cliff Branch is his uncle.

I’m hoping we are pacing him. He’s an electric player. Wish we would hit him on some slants.
