he isn’t going anywhere. He played for Vandy and loves the school. Besides Nashville is far nicer than the flea infested swamp.

"Napier will be owed $21 million as a part of his buyout, with half of that due in the next 30 days."

These buyouts are so messed up. Billy is probably grinning from ear to ear.

Can UGA hire Napier as our OC?? Watching other top 10 teams reveals UGA is NOT using their offense in any productive manner. "Oh, but we won…." Sure. That works ………. until it doesnt. The "run only" philosophy was great …. in 1980. With todays receivers (looking at you Ohio ST) the pass game needs more attention. The game with Ole Miss revealed that Gunner can pass very well. It would help him GREATLY to have an OC who can think beyond the typical "run right…. run left …. run center …um ….. repeat" Two recent examples of average OC making their QB better are Colorado (last year) and GA Tech (last two years). Please hire a well respected OC like Billy Napier. He owes nothing to Gatornation. We have had Mr Bobo twice. I havent seen any earth shattering developments. Two strikes, youre out.

Nappier as OC 🤣 he couldn't win at gainesville state u, and you want that CLOWN in Athens? How has his offense, and WR's fared this season?? Far worse than UGA's offense this season. Nappier is not any better as an OC anywhere, than he was as a HC for the swamp lizards.

Colorado's average OC made Shaduer Sanders a better QB? You do remember he was a 5th or 6th round pick in the draft dont you? After MANY "experts" picked him as the #1 QB to be taken. I wouldnt call that improving his play, or draft status at all.

I see the Lane Train accepting the Gator gig….after all, we all know he'd pay for the chance to give Kirby HELLO every year! This would revitalize the rivalry ….. The Golden Isles Hospitality Hounds and the Jax's Money Magnates would certainly sweeten the pot to outbid the Oxford Elites.

I've said it on here before, and apparently offended some folks when I did, considering all the downvotes, but Kiffin is kind of a T u r d. His players seem to like him, and he has a good rapport with Coach Smart, but I don't know that anyone is ever going to forgive his cut-and-run at UT.

He's a funny dude, so that's always fun, and I tend to enjoy his commentary, but there are plenty of funny dudes that are straight a-holes, and are funny just to cover up for that.

He WOULD be a better version of Dan Mullen, so that would spark some juice back into the rivalry, but… it's nice to be on top, you know?

I was talking with my brother about this yesterday. Kiffin has really made an impact at OM, but I don't think that school has the buying power that UF does. Maybe that's significant, maybe it's not. Maybe he's learned something about loyalty in his years.

    Time will tell…

My money is on Alex Golesh…dude is a heck of a coach. I hope I’m wrong and they hire Franklin. If they wait another week or two they can probably get Norvell or Stoops at a discount.

Eli Drinkwitz from Mizzou wouldn’t shock me
