Sentellâs Intel: How Jae Lamarâs two TD night âresetâ his football future

so what incident occurred?
@JeffSentell Hey Jeff Thanks for these articles. Hey I have absolutely nothing against Lamar if Kirby and the Dawgs take him I’ll surely support him. But I’m trying to lobby for Ty Cummings !!
For the life of me I have brain cramp about the small in stature RB a few years back at LSU, can’t bring his name to mind. But him and Cummings were about the same size. That guy at LSU would get hidden by the big O Line and would come flying out for big time yards !! He did really well at LSU.
That’s my vision and hope for Cummings at UGA !! Next time you see Kirby remind him about Cummings !! 😀 After all only one RB (Lamar) among the commits we could use another one !! If I understand right Cummings has good hands catching the ball as well !! Go Dawgs !!
Isaiah Crowell all over again
He will have to park that Big Head at the Dawg door. Hope it works out. and he can accept not playing immediately.
If he keeps it clean the next month and a half, the first thing Georgia needs to do is put him with a maturation coach, move him In with a coach or family that will hold him accountable, keep him away from the partying and night life and enforce the teachings of life skills and discipline. The kid obviously started his troubles at a young age. He can be saved but there has to be solid tutoring every hours he is awake because we all know the opportunities for trouble in Athens/Clark County. This is no knock on Jae Lamar or his family. I do not know their situation. However, I do know we have a choice to be of good character and morals or not. Some of us just a stern push in the right direction.
Hate to sound like a negative nancy but this kid gives me Brenton Cox vibes, sure hope he turns the attitude around but one thing I have always loved about how Kirby runs his program, cancer culture kids don’t last long…
@Gramster - right on. How anyone could vote your comment down is beyond me. I mean it’s clear that he has showed a lack of respect for both coaches and teammates. Having played high school sports, admittedly many moons ago, zi can’t even imagine any player talking back to a coach and demeaning teammates. It’s a very bad sign. Now, even though he is probably the best player on the team, he will not be allowed to ever start another game for Colquitt County. That speaks volumes.
Yes, we all hope he can get his stuff together and has a successful life. However, he clearly has serious attitude issues. Players like this can ruin a team’s culture. I trust Kirby to do the right thing.
I finally figured out the player from LSU I was trying to remember. I was comparing him to Ty Cummings. It’s Trindon Holliday, he was 5’5” and weighed 166 lbs. when he played at LSU. Ty Cummings is currently listed at 5’8” and weighs 180 lbs. I hope he gets a offer from Kirby and Bobo to be a Dawg !!
