stop watching GameDay. I did, back in 2022, when everyone on there picked Tennessee to beat UGA. It didn’t make me mad - it just showed how little the guys on there know about CFB.

Good points on Kelly’s termination and the comparison to Kirby - thinks U nailed it.

At the point now where I don’t follow recruiting near as much as I use to (Curtis). Get them signed and on campus - then you hope they stay and work hard to warrant the investment.

And its even worse now, than before, if that was even possible..with the addition of saban and Pat Mcafee to the crew of clowns.

I've watched maybe 5 minutes of Gameday ever since Bozo the Clown Macafool joined the circus and that's 5 minutes of my life that I can never get back, unfortunately. Talk about an unwatchable product in spite of Nick's best efforts to class up the joint.

Those of us with memories longer than our...arms, have been unhappy with Gameday...for a very long time. Don't need em...don't want em....as far as I'm concerned.

I haven't watched anything on ESPN for some time...including games. I tape and fast forward. I do my own instant replay...and you wouldn't believe the "no-calls". Which brings to question the timing of the calls, previously ignored....in tight games.

I noticed this past weekend, that announcers on ABC and ESPN were told to steer clear of calling & highlighting penalties in the booth...that weren't called on the field. Particularly....Fowler & Herbstreit. Lol

On a separate Brian Kelly note....I wonderhow this new age of retiring lottery winners...I mean head coaches...is gonna effect a recruits decision going forward.

They can't trust that the coaching staff that recruited them...will be the same one asking them to sign.

Kirby and a few others aren't going ANYWHERE. A recruit with NFL aspirations has to weigh that kind of stability...imo...as much as the financial picture.

Go UGA....there are a lot of potential Tigers, Nittany Lions, Razorback and Gators out there looking for a good home. Lol...get some!

I join those who are losing interest in recruiting because it really doesn’t mean much. If this era of annual free agency comes to an end, my interest may return. We just can’t look forward to any recruit improving the team if they don’t have three year contracts. So it’s less compelling to follow recruiting.

Impossible to prognosticate on recruiting when so many kids make decisions based on a last-minute drop of a larger bag of money. I'll just wait to see who actually signs with the Dawgs.

it’s hard to get excited about someone who could leave for “greener” pastures before they even get the chance to play.

This is another instance of the NCAA should’ve put in some common sense rules around this 25 years ago but instead the courts got involved and now here we are.

Anyone gets a free transfer one time. Next time you have to be considered a junior with college credits or you sit out a year. Could’ve done that in 2002 and I doubt many would’ve batted an eyelash. Instead we have a game of musical chairs every offseason and fans can’t build relationships with this constant rotating of rosters.

Imagine how it effects the coaches. All of em. It's gotta be discouraging as hell, to invest enormous time and energy in making a player better....only to have him dive into the "money pool"...or portal. And....eventually, on the other side of the field on GameDay.

I don't know how that would effect my approach going forward....after it happened 2 or 3 times. This whole thing is coming apart. The Beast is eating itself from the tail to the head.

Lol...Who knows what 2026 will bring. But, we're still dealin' with the madness of '25. Heck....we don't even know what '25 is gonna bring and the season's half over.
