Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

IBM ThinkPad is best for the money. @pgjackson this is what our company with a couple developers on staff use. Depending on what your doing, you might have to add memory, which is easy, you probably won't need to though.
Not research but back to my youth in s Georgia, best part of Christmas was the Sears&Roebuck Christmas catalog, we wished for many items but never got them. Anticipation for 2 months, oh well, back to reality.
I remember those days I would sneak the catalog in my room at bedtime until my dad found out and outlawed it. I did get a set of army men one Christmas and an electric slot car with track for another in the middle 1960s. Thank you for bringing up the memories. 😎
I used to love that catalog when I was a kid, and also going to the toy department at the store in Augusta on Walton Way (now an Augusta University Annex building). At some point I became strangely more interested in the women's undergarment section of it and also wished for some things in there. 😉

Not garments, I trust.
Come on, now… we know why you liked the Sears catalog back in the day…
Ended up getting this. Will be here tomorrow.

It's not like you to kink-shame 😜
I loved the Kinks, even Lola.
Plus, by "over purchasing" it gives you flexibility if you decide to use the computer later on for more intensive applications.
You really got me
