An electric Sanford stadium crowd will be a definite advantage for the DAWGS. I'll predict Texas scores late in the 4th qtr., attempts a 2 point play for the tie, and OT, but the Defense stops them short of the goal line. The offense runs out the remaining time on the clock, and the DAWGS hold on for a hard fought 31-29 win..GoDAWGS!

Texas will come in well rested and ready to play. With two weeks to prep they will have schemed their first 10 plays very well and will score early. By around the 3rd defensive stand we will have adjusted and the real game will begin. I look forward to a game very similar to the Bama game with one exception, we won't run Cash on 4th and short! LOL just effn with a couple of you! Dawgs pull away late for anther cardiac special win…go dawgs!

Texas has struggled mightily on the road. We struggled against UF, they lost to UF. They struggled against MS St, Ky and also lost to BucknutU on the road. Should be a great game in Athens but until Arch can up his game on the road, I like our chances. That antiquated 3-4 did ok at Cowbell Hail last week, yes? I still worry about lack of push on our right side Dee…Texas Oline is a notch above Ms St…

Dawgs and Nats need to win out, so they can have the game of the decade in Atlanta!!! Come on boys, whip those longhorns!

What does all that, say about OSU "strength"? Lol.

OSU only scored 14 on Texas....yet, they're ranked #1 in the CFP....and...."have the best offense in CFB", according to some. I guess I don't get it.

It should be a "Battle Royale", early....till UGA starts pressuring Manning with stunts and twists, he hasn't seen yet....and, Texas starts turning the ball over and making mistakes. Lol

Texas will "score late", alright. The Dawgs' 3rd team might give up a mercy TD in the last couple of minutes.

    UGA....38. TEX....16

No doubt. Especially, if the game goes into OT. Can you imagine?! Lol...I'm afraid we might have to. UGA will be so far beyond anybody else's reach, by the time they get to that game, that the Dawgs are gonna make GT look average.

Although....I think GT is as competitive as anybody out there. Except UGA. The Dawgs have found themselves...imo. Their week over week improvement is in warp speed now.

Kirby's timing and player management couldn't have been better, this year. If he doesn't win CFB COY....it'll be a travesty against UGA. Again!

Absolutely. Bet Kirby's hoping for the same thing. Lol

I think it's pretty clear, UGA may have to put Bama down in the CFP, at some point. I'd hate for em to have to play both Bama and Tech twice.

In Bama's case.…it's potentially 3 times in one year, if they have to face the Tide in the SECCG, as well.

The Dawgs haven't played A&M, in a while. Which could be a good thing.…cause, they haven't had to face UGA, either. That would be one of the most interesting games, to me. If A&M finishes the "season".…undefeated.

"UGA vs A&M for the Natty"..…has a pretty good ring to it, huh? Lol.. If Tech doesn't get there, that is.

Temper expectations my friend…it was Miss State…they are 2-20 in the conference since 2023, 1-13 under Lebby, their solo win against an interim coached Arky team. Texas ain't no Miss St. We'll win, I just don't want you to be disappointed if we don't blow them out. Sark is a pretty darn good coach with two weeks to prepare.

Like I said. It will depend on which TX and UGA teams show up. The TX from the 1st half of the Vandy game or from the 2nd half. TX has pulled out some close games but UGA has also been lucky vs AU, TN and MS. Fantasy footballers here only want to remember MS St.

TX was ranked #1 preseason. Why? Because TX has one of the most talented rosters in CFB. Prognosticators assumed that Arch would hit the ground running. He didn't but the whole team has underperformed at times this year. There's a lot of talent there. Are they getting it together? Is Arch getting it together? Will Arch get it together with no UGA passrush? Everyone seems to be intoxicated with that MS St passrush. It was the same as what we have seen; blitzing between the OT's only MS St didn't have the line to control it.

UGA has played more close games this season than usual. I expect this game to be closer than the MS St Pollyanna's here are willing to admit. OSU is not suspect because they won a close, low scoring game over TX. TX is that good because it pushed the #1 team in the land to the brink, at home, in their 5* QB's 2nd start.

I agree, Julian Sayin is a far better QB now than he was in game one (game 2 of his career). He has the entire playbook at his disposal and confidence by the staff to turn him loose, as evidenced by winning every game since that narrow Texas opener by 3 or more scores.

Add in HornsDown has the 4th ranked team this year with a 70+% blue chip ratio. CowbellHail on the other hand has a blue chip count of what, around 30% or so? I love our offense is purring at times but face it, Georgia will not be facing the 90th best defense this week. Like you, I to am getting a big chuckle at the cockiness of many in our fanbase, I wish they were right in thinking we'll blow the Horns out, but based on our performance against the better teams this year, I'd be shocked if we have less than a 59 minute dogfight on our hands. Looking forward to an entertaining game for sure!
