The No. 4-ranked Bulldogs (11-1) need for Texas to beat Texas A&M in the teamsâ 7:30 p.m. game in Austin or for Auburn to upset Alabama at 7:30 p.m. on at Jordan-Hare Stadium to play in the SEC championship next Saturday.

With so many young players on this team, I like the idea of playing in a game like the SECCG for the added experience. Consider how much improvement Ellis Robinson has shown over the course of a few games. This added game could be beneficial for him and several others.
