Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Way to go Staff !! Seventeen years in the NFL, Wow time flys by !! Wish him well a DGD for life !!
He is ashamed of UGA for some reason, I would not put the DGD label on him. Hope he loses.
@railroadtrack1 That's completely false, Stafford has brought his family back to UGA and contributed. He has also spoken highly of the program and attended the national championship game. You may be referring to him saying he would not bark at people publicly. Pretty sure Kirby Smart doesn't do that with his family, either, nor have I ever seen any other UGA professional represent themselves in that manner — fans yes, with one another. Stafford has made UGA very proud with his play and community and charity work.
Well said Mike. I’m just a fan I don’t know the Stafford’s personally but I’ve read where he and his wife have been very generous in giving to local charities when he played for Detroit, now in Los Angeles, and Yes back in Athens to. I’m not taking shots at @railroadtrack1 because sometimes things can be a matter of perception. But Stafford is a long recognized and respected former Dawg thus in many fans eyes he is a DGD. For the record I don’t usually watch or care about NFL play so I’m pulling more for Stafford than I am his team.
"railroadtrack1" is grossly misinformed. Stafford has been a very active Dawg promoter and does things in the Athens community that none of us even know about. Extremely proud to have him as a graduate of my University!!
Watched the entirety of the game yesterday. To paraphrase you title to this article, Matthew's aim was impeccable. His game was sizzlin' hot!
