@HellHound "Our quick short throws and screen game would have worked perfect against Miami"

Isn't that what Ohio State thought? That pick six by the Hurricanes was a game-changer.

What's up with the 3rd and cash and forcing it. Try 3rd and branch or bell or someone else. Great game by Ole miss.

What quock strike screen passes with Gunner even those take 4 or 5 seconds. Chsmbliss was getting the ball downfield 8 or 9 yrds in 2 or 3 seconds.

@HellHound makes some fine points tonight as does @DallasDawg . And @navydawg is always there. We had a good season, can't win them all. I was watching the game with my 90 year old mother who has been a dawg for life ever since the Herschel years. She was the head administrator at the University Health Service, and my Dad was head of the Genetics Program. Lost my Dad a few years ago and Mom still a Dawg and going strong. I'm jumping around screaming and Mom calmly says "you know we'll be around next year". I wanted them to win more for her than me. I want to state my love for all Dawgs here who supported me. And @navydawg I am here whenever you need someone. Seriously. My email is davebcarlton@yahoo.com. I will help you or any of my other dawg friends any way I can,.

As bad as both Georgia's offense and defense played, OL' Miss left a big fat door opened with penalties and we just blew it with lousy playcalling.I hope someone in the media sticks Kirby with that 3rd and goal decision. I'd like to hear his explanation. On 3rd down, here's what a good coach would do. Come to the line observe what the D looks like then call a timeout with 1 second on the clock. Then make a decision

What did LSU have to pay Kiffin for that win.

Coaching malpractice of the highest order. But the game had plenty of bad coaching from the Georgia side.

Someone in the media did ask Kirby, and his response was he passed the ball because he was trying to win the game, not play for OT. I don't agree with his logic, but that's what he said. If you're in OT, you haven't lost. If he was REALLY playing to win the game, wouldn't he have gone for it on fourth and goal, instead of kicking the tying field goal? I mean, if you're going o kick the field goal anyway, why not do it when Ole Miss has hardly any time to try and come back?

Once again The Dawgs find themselves playing a very talented team that wanted a win more than our coaches did….things observed: Trinidad Chambliss is the best QB in college football, Kewan Lacy is one gutsey, play through pain RB, OM receivers catch balls like a junkyard magnet catches crushes chevies, you can't pass a ball through William Echoles, OM kicker, Lucas Carneiro is money in the bank, Pete Golding will do for OM what KS has done for GA…and any coach that would leave to work for Lane Kiffin is a fool and lastly…..OM knows how to find GOLD in the Portal………"HOTTY TOTTY" to the NATTY! ……one more observation….DawgNation needs a new IT department.

Spot on, Dallas and Zona… that very first "non-drive" was a microcosm of, and set the tone for, the rest of the game. Instead of pounding the ball all the way down the field for 7 to take control (of the clock and game plan) right out of the gate, then rinse and repeat, let's shoot ourselves in the foot and NOT play to our strengths, while at the same time swing open the door for Ole Miss to play to theirs. Our offensive strengths are north/south running (Frazier), smash mouth football, Branch, and the TE room. Wear the other team down, and keep our D fresh so they can wreak havoc. So we abandon all of that, give Ole Miss confidence and momentum, and it snowballed down from there. Completely out coached and not putting our players/team in position to be at their best, and consequently outplayed. Go Dawgs!
