I agree. I think that’s a Very big part of it. Look at IN right off the bat !! Billionaire Mark Cuban was smiling like a chessy cat readily admitting he’s donated I think $10 Mil for use as NIL $$ That’s Allot of money !! Used wisely that’d get you At least four very, very good players Or three Great players !! If you went for the Three Great players that’d give you $3,333,000 each !! Top players would gladly come there for that !! I won’t do the math again but you could pick up four maybe even five very, very good players for the same !! And that was Just Cuban’s donation no telling how much other donors gave !!

Remember when Dawgs fans flooded South Bend to play Notre Dame ? The news showed VIP Dawgs fans private jets parked wing tip to wing tip. I didn’t count Em but there were Allot of them !! Dawgs Need those VIP folks to donate BIG !!
But on top of that and to me this is a good thing. Kirby is pretty selective of Who he wants his team. He’ll take a guy with a stain on his character. IF the guy Truly wants a second chance And is willing to mature.

Some of these teams would take a serial killer if they thought he was a gamer !! 😳

Let's not pretend there is not talent on the UGA offense. TTaylor and CJW were both 4*+/5* WR's. Frazier was pushing 5* as a HS RB. EWilliams and Prothro were both 5* TE's in HS. EGreene was a 5* OT. He is a multi year starter who has only NOT started at UGA because of injury. Bobo was all SEC last year. Glover was freshman All SEC. JGaston was a freshman starter at UGA and is huge. There are elite players, potentially, all over the offense. The OC (and the QB execution) is the question. NOT the talent.

The plays were there to be made in '25. Next year is squarely on the QB play. Knowing the O, knowing where guys are, seeing the whole field, not fixating on the rush, not taking off on the run too soon, throwing the ball accurately down the field, throwing the ball to all levels utilizing the whole field. All areas that will need to see improvement for the '26 UGA team to make the playoffs.
