    He'll play soon enough. As much as we fuss about Bobo's play calling ability, he's one of the best QB coaches around. Matt Stafford can attest to that.

    @jdatl3 - I agree. That’s Coach Bobo’s strength.

    I hope we can engineer blow outs in the first two games of next season, so Puglisi can get in some quality game time. As the article mentions, Stockton has a propensity to absorb big hits, and we're always one big hit away from the second team QB to have to come in an win the game.

    Surely, against Tenn State and Western Kentucky, at home, Pugs will get plenty of game reps, Even on the road against our first SEC opponent, The Razorbacks, Pugs will get tested…..I'd even scheme up at least a set for the Okies and The Commodores.

    Stafford is probably a bad example. He was one of those rare Athens QB's that started as a freshman and his initial OC was Neil Callaway, RIcht's first OC. Stafford was pretty darn good as a freshman, even before Bobo arrived.

    My ole brain is so foggy these days. I can’t remember all the games and details. But Mike Bobo was a pretty darn good QB himself.
    I’m not gonna try to compare him to other UGA QBs because as I said my memory is shot. The only thing I Do remember was applauding TDs he made. That’s not to say he didn’t have failures. Maybe some of you remember his time better. He seems to have a knack for coaching QBs.

    I’m all for getting Pugs and Montgomery as many game snaps as possible. And Please not just handing the ball off !! The tenth string QB can do that !! Go Dawgs !!
