lost in the details is that one young man, after the spring game, probably will not be on the 2026 roster. Now maybe it’s an injury or a former walk-on that was encouraged to move on.

Kirby recognizes Championship caliber potential, when he sees it. And, it all starts with God & grounding.…which encourages hard work, commitment and above all...."connection". The outcome will always be better than the alternative.

IMO.....Just give Kirby & Co. the best raw "material, time & buy-in"....and they'll mold it into a Champion. The guys that stay with the Dawgs or one of their Preferred Programs (i.e; Syracuse, GA St, Oregon, etc).…will undoubtedly reach "their" full potential.

If they follow the program....with full buy-in. Barring injury or some other act-of-God. We may yearn...but, God's will be done....dontcha know. Lol...no gettin' around that.

The injury bug (God's will) has slowed many a UGA Running Back's career....as far back as i can remember. Which lately...seems to be as far back as Todd Gurley. Lol

    Go Dawgs!!!!

I've always loved those short, quick running backs built like a Brick %&*^house. I've also loved those taller very fast running backs that will run you over—-AKA Todd Gurley.

"Great thinking head on his shoulders."____ @navydawg

    As opposed to?...Knucklehead?....Bonehead?.…Hammerhead?.…****?.…Whitehead?.…Blackhead?....Copperhead?.....…Motorhead!!!

Sorry, Navy.…I was on a roll. Lmao

You're right though....this kid seems to "have his wits about him"...as my my Granny used to say. Lol

My gawd!.…UGA is put together this year. Reminds me of a '70's song by a band I can't recall...."She's a Brick House...she's mighty mighty...just lettin' it all hang out...she's the one...the only one.…built like like an Amazon…36-24-36....what a Winning Hand". Lol...you probably remember better than me.

That's UGA this year....and, she don't get no better than that....IMO.

Football is not really a skill sport. There are skill positions. QB, WR, CB. Football is about running to the location of the ball and hitting the opponent harder than they hit you. The RB position has some skill aspects. Like the ability to catch a football. But "skills" like size, speed, vison or elusiveness are God given characteristics. In general if a RB brings size, some speed, determination and especially toughness to the RB position a player can have some success.

CR mentions Brian Herrien. That's a pretty good comp. My 1st thought was Daijun Edwards. I guess because of the late commitment. This young man appears to have more physical tools than either of them. He brings decent size, speed, a boatload of determination and a willingness to work toward his goals.

Solid background who has seen 1st hand the value of perseverance and hard work. I look forward to watching how he develops. I would not bet against him having an impactful CFB career.

The 2026 UGA RB suddenly looks a little crowded. Though I wouldn't necessarily expect every freshman RB to get consistent carries. Have to wonder if Frazier's status for the fall and whether he will go under the knife this summer has some bearing on this late addition to the RB room.
