I’m far from an expert on such matters as these. More like a die hard fan that focuses entirely on our Dawgs and not much interested in what other teams have going on. What I’m getting at here though, is I still don’t understand all the hype over Arch Manning. To this point in his career, the Fawgs have beaten him three times, he has not won an SEC championship or than anything else for that matter. I’m not hating on Arch. I just don’t get what would make him the #1 NFL prospect. Go Dawgs!

I wonder if Kirby notices that his defense puts lots of folks in the NFL, but not as many from the offense in the last couple years…

he was beginning to play better toward the end of last year. He has the pedigree and his athletic. Some of it is hype, but I think if he performs well this year it will solidify his standing as a number one draft pick.

Lol....Manning's Uncles will cover the signing bonus. It's all about, the hype...the prestige...and the long-game money. He HAS TO go in the first round....for name's sake.

    Afterall....it's a Family "Business".

Manning may have finally started putting it together at the end of last year. Maybe the game finally slowed down for him. I do understand that he played against low-level talent in high school, really low, and his adjustment period was longer than we all expected it was going to be with all of the hype behind him before he ever played a snap in the SEC.

But he should have certainly have his best year, by far, this upcoming season. And he should have a lot of upside with possibly a very high ceiling. He has everything around him in place to succeed too. Everything. But those are shoulds and maybes.

#1 draft pick? It is very possible, but its all on his shoulders and it certainly is not set in stone. Even with a decent season, he will likely go top 10 though because of the name only. And I do not blame any team who picks him #1, even if his play isn't deserving of a #1 pick. The last 2 Mannings' won it all and their dad was an extremely good QB on a terrible team.

It is going to be very interesting to watch him develop this year, along with how me matures and deals with winning and hopefully, some losing. Right now, personally, I am very far from being sold, but do think its possible. I wouldn't put my money on it going either way though.

And....Ga Tech is #3. What are the odds that Georgia would have 2 Super Regionals in the same year?.

I haven't kept up with CBB throughout the years. So...I could be off. But, I don't think I've ever seen both D1 Georgia Teams ranked in the Top 5 in Baseball....At the same time.....This late in the Seaaon.

Thiss has got to be one of those Unicorn Rainbow Years for Georgia Teams. Here we GOOooo!...Dawgs...Jackets....Braves....Falcons....Hawks.......Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Tennis, Golf....Curling.

Lol.…doesn't matter. Everybody's a Winner this year. Go Dawgs!....Get Yours!
