Then he retreats to the old trope of “isn’t a free college education and room/board enough compensation” while omitting how much coaches make doing their job. Because I’m sure all these football players are there for education. That’s why so many of them get to do summer internships in their chosen major and get to skip workouts and practice time…

Obviously, there is not a one size fit's all. I will promise you, that if we go to a possible 18 game schedule, Kirby will be forced to make adaptations. Will he still have intense practices? Of course but whether its duration or intensity or both, something wil lhave to change. THese guy aren't mush dogs. Pardon the pun.
