That was a bizarre quote last year from their new HC. Especially after learning this ass🤡 never even played the game.
Looks like Alabama will host Florida State . Guess they don’t mind the new SEC schedule .
Short weeks between games happen in college football, UGA has been in that situation, along with numerous other schools. I dont think 8 days between games would help arkansas when they play the DAWGS, after utah, mr. yurachek..GoDAWGS!
Contractually there was no getting out of the 2nd AL/FSU game. Home and home with the 1st game played last year at FSU. Too late to cancel this year's game. AL lost.
What about the teams who play on Saturday and then play the following Thursday night? This guy is just whining about nothing.
I’m not sure what the guy wants. It is a standard noon start (ET) that all teams play. If ESPN moves the Georgia game to 3:30pm, Ark picks up only three and a half hours of rest. The Utah game is his problem. Didn’t Ark schedule that out of conference game knowing it could be a late start? This is the way of TV contracts. I bet we won’t hear the AD whining about the payout Ark will receive from either game.
