Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

SEC Network analyst: ‘Texas hasn’t been tough enough to go out there and punch Georgia in the mouth’
Given how the two programs have been discussed this offseason, it was surprising to some to see Georgia as the preseason pick to win the SEC.

I don’t disagree we have taken a “small step back”, but can’t you say the same for Bama, Michigan and Ohio State? There are only a few teams that have taken “steps forward” like Indiana and Miami. I think we are fine and just struggling (like everyone else) with all the changes in the college football landscape like NIL and portal. My gut and brain both tell me we will be in the group moving forward in 36 days. Go Dawgs!!!
Well said BubbaBill! Go Dawgs!
“When it comes playoff time, if you got to go score 30 or 40…..”
If we have the defense that we think we have, and they develop the way we think they will, we probably won’t need 30. Either way, very recently we had a QB that wasn’t a “first round type guy” (to use Cover 3 Podcast Bud Elliott’s terminology) and we hung 65 on a CFP finalist. I wouldn’t trade GS for anyone that Mr. Elliott would place on his “first round type” list!
GO DAWGS!
The talking heads love the quarterbacks. The other parts of the game is not important to them. A lot of them don't know enough about the game, or the Dawgs to be making these assumptions. Gunnar Stockton has , and will outplay the entitled Manning every time. I will say this, the shorthorns defense got a good coach in Boom, but they did lose some key players there. I know it's talking season, and talkers are gonna talk.
Good !! Keep dissing Gunner !! He’s a quiet type of guy, doesn’t complain, gives the credit to his teammates. But he has a competitive fire in his gut. And all this does is stoke it up ! He lets his play do the talking. And I’ve got a feeling that with his teammates support in Their play his game will have Allot to say !!
Touchdown Canion !! Touchdown Taylor !! Touchdown Williams !! Touchdown Prothro !! Touchdown Phillips !! Touchdown Frazier !! Touchdown Stockton !! I can almost hear it happening !! Let’s Hope sports writers will diss our Dawgs often !! They seem to play better when they have a rock in their shoulder !! Go Dawgs !!
if you're talking about league schedules why bring up Ohio St?
