Luckie has busted his rear and earned the right to be the star he is. Don’t forget about him in favor of the next “shiny new thing”. I do not say that with disrespect for the other Tight Ends. I know what we have and how good they can each be but I don’t want to bypass Luckie.
As I watch the replay of Reddell's jet-sweep, I can't help but imagine how many defenders could be misdirected by a fake jet-sweep and leave the other side of the field wide open! Even a moment of hesitation to contemplate "does he have it or does he not" could be enough to spring an explosive play for someone on the other side, or the RB straight up the middle. That UGA playbook can get a lot spicier with these TEs!

It would have been nice to include a few stats such as: Of so many passes, xx amount went to the TEs with xx completions. Then you get a true pic of how well we are utilizing them. Regarless, nice article.
If they put 3 of those guys on the field at the same time it would be unstoppable.
Yes Sir !! Agree !! Maybe even four. One blocking the other three receiving. Then rotate who blocks who catches using the same play. We all want to see them Catching the ball for explosive plays. But the occasional run could be very explosive to !! Rival defense would be looking for a pass play but instead run it !! The possibilities are Huge !! Go Dawgs !!
A buddy asked me to name a WR on our current roster that’s a bigger receiving weapon than the top 3-4 TE’s. I can’t.
