@JeffSentell it’s worth mentioning (since you quoted him) that Coach Sanders thinks that sunglasses for a night game and a giant, obnoxious looking gold chain “looks good”. His team is anything but good, and hasn’t given anyone a reason to think they can play good. I’m about as impressed with these white-out uniforms as I am with the University of Colorado football program.
I already knew the kids would like the white uniforms. And we also know Kirby ain’t doing it again so, give Gus some news we can use.
The most pertinent question, for me, that @JeffSentell should ask these uncommitted players is, “what’s keeping you from committing to UGA right now,” or, “what is the one thing UGA can do right now to secure your immediate commitment.”
UGA has a unique and classic uniform look. Traditional but modern enough. Certainly in comparison to Alabama and Penn St.
But these high school kids think it is "fire/dope/tough" etc. So UGA/CKS play along for a little added recruiting juice. The cost of doing business in 2026.
Based on how pi**ed CKS looked after the game i doubt we'll be seeing the all white anytime soon. I wonder what a couple hundred white helmets and game.pants cost? Whether that additional money might help to recruit players ranked higher than #'s 409, 432, 522, 802, 898 and non-ranked?
