I’d just about pay you to knock off the negativity
we needed this loss
Georgia deserved to lose. Total breakdown in every phase of the game. To Auburn. At home. They had an easy path to win the game and Stockton fumbled it away. He ran into his own man. So much for Mr. Clutch. I haven't seen Georgia play this bad in years. Total team failure.
I feel better going into Florida with one loss than a win today
Not to be mean, but he should be. He threw two bad interceptions, didn’t scan the field on many passes, ran into his center and fumbled on what was leading to a game winning field goal. He also hit his lineman in the head on that pass he had to bat down.
I do not pin it all on him at all. Our defense played like trash other than, maybe, 4 drives but he was just not good today.
With that said, I fully expect to hear that he was injured on that early tackle and really had no business playing.
What was so negative about it. Everyone keeps talking about being beat up, with 1 physical game before the bye, and now this one. After the bye, they have Florida, OM, and Mizz, that all like to run the ball. How do you think they are going survive that many?
Dawgs played poorly on Both sides of the ball. Gunner made critical mistakes. I H a t e this loss. But it is what it is. Regroup over the Bye. Get healthier. Maybe even get some guys back ( like Boldrn). And move on. ALL teams have terrible games like this unfortunately our Dawgs are no exception.
100% disagree. Both those teams beat the snot out of each other last week and both lose this week.
The QB cannot play that bad and expect to win the game. He just made sure he stayed true to form by fumbling that ball. The rest of the team got consumed by rat poison. They heard all week how good they were and came out a played like a team that was complacent. Stockton did the same thing last year against Ole Miss. He played out of his mind and then was just average the rest of the way. He was good to great against Bama and came out today and was bad against an Auburn team that was just average. UGA is suppose to get beat by a superior team not lose because of the QB.
Georgia didn't stay number 1 long. They lost to an unranked Auburn on their own home field. Kirby, if your team was tired...fire your strength and conditioning coaches. Get you a guy from the Army or Marine Corps to train your players. Military personnel who have deployed, like myself, know how it feels to be exhausted. It's no excuses you o-line and d-line got whooped the entire game. Your defensive players need to get back to hitting tackle dummies. I hope this message reaches Kirby and his staff, and the players. The offense looked good in only three possessions.

Thank You ! You Sir are a voice of reason ! We had not beat Bama at Bama since 2007 !! Almost two decades !! And like it or not they Are a very good team. It gassed our Dawgs. Bolden being out didn’t help. We can’t and Shouldn’t forfeit the season over this loss.
True. But this is a GAME. People Win and Lose games. War ( as you know) is a Totally different thing. People Die in wars. In Games when you lose you move on to the next one.

Coming into this game Gunner had the second best QBR in All CFB !! So if he’s as bad as You claim how did he manage that ? You’ve been against Gunner from his first snap in his first game last year. Humility for Georgia was today. That game finally came. He spoke it with insistence
At least out of UGA, Bama, TX we lost by the least amount of points. Not much of a consolation I know. Oh and the defending Ntl. Champion Indiana also lost today.
