- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: You do realize that over half of the kids who have declared early for the draft
@ugaforever The numbers are 35% for the 2018 draft (for 2017 players). That's 37/106 that declared early that went undrafted plus 17 Jrs that completed their degree requirements early. Not more than 50%, but I agree with you. It's still a big risk. Many of the Juniors, it's a no-brainer. Roquan Smith and Saquon Barkley for… -
Re: Georgia WR Lawrence Cager undergoes ankle surgery, 'doubtful' to return this season
D'Andre will be fine to play LSU.....slim pickin's for Pickens, whose young temper got him thrown out of the Tech game and first half of the LSU tilt....team first, George...you are costing UGA big! Such foolishness. Cager is gone. But Blaylock looked good.Coach Smart will have to pull a rabbit out of the proverbial hat… -
Re: Georgia tight end Oscar Delp’s blocking a ‘pleasant surprise’ after Darnell Washington departure
@UGADad20 Fascinating that the people who refer to Darnell Washington as a unicorn have forgotten about Leonard Pope, who led UGA in receiving on the 2005 SEC title team with DJ Shockley at QB. 6'8" and 260 lbs with a 4.62 40 (4.67 at the combine) and a 37 inch vertical. And as Richt and Bobo ran a pro style offense, Pope… -
Re: Georgia football instant observations after womping Arkansas
I do not understand this paragraph from the story at all: "Bennett was good enough to guide Georgia to a win on Saturday. But the result also further reinforced the need for Daniels if Georgia’s offense is to become the best version of itself." What does that mean? I thought the "result" was pretty doggone good. UGA was… -
Re: Ladd McConkey, Warren McClendon comment on their injury status for Ohio State contest
McClendon's injury vs LSU presents a very interesting predicament for UGA. IF McClendon is NOT 100% (MCL's can take up 6 wks) is it better to let him back up Mims and hope he is not needed? OR start or rotate McClendon and hope he doesn't aggravate the injury and make him unavailable for the CFBCG should UGA advance? I… -
Re: Georgia’s QB situation remains a hot topic
LAst year under SB we averaged 29 points agame. Under JT we averaged 37. JT was the Gatorade HS PLayer of the YEar for the whole US like 4 years ago. SB was a walk-on. Let that sink in for a moment. I beg anyone who doubts JT to pull up some HS film on him. He led his HS to the #1 spot in the country his Junior year. THis… -
Re: Dawgs just keep rolling, beating another Top 10 ‘nobody’
No one can deny that 37-0 vs #8 was pretty impressive. UGA seems to be getting better with experience. As for whether Clemson was a good team at the start of the season......they returned 10 starters on a D that made the playoffs. Any trouble that they have had since game 1 is because UGA broke them. Clemson was not used… -
Re: Todd Monken, Matt Luke hold keys to improving Georgia offense
I don't think replacing Pickens is Monken's biggest challenge. I don't think any particular player is. Bobo averaged more than 37 pts with lesser talent than we'll field this season. Lincoln Riley could average 40 ppg easily with our offensive roster, probably considerably more. Monken himself is the biggest key, how good… -
Re: WATCH: SEC Network star Paul Finebaum questions Stetson Bennett decisions, NFL future
@BigDawg61 Warren McClendon practiced each day, two months removed from a sprained knee suffered against LSU that snapped his 37-game starting streak, and he was 3 weeks removed from a head injury sustained in the tragic crash that killed his teammate and a recruiting staffer. Every player has to make their own decision on… -
Re: Report: Stetson Bennett turns down opportunity to compete at Senior Bowl
@Uxga_X Stetson confirmed last week he was considering going to play in the game, it was clear there was a spot for him but the Senior Bowl, out of respect for the tragedy, did not make the public invites to Stetson or Warren McClendon. McClendon, who led the team with 37 straight starts, has accepted and will join Kenny,…
