Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Where things stand with the 2024 Georgia football roster entering early signing period
Some guys have to leave because there are guys nipping at their heels that need to play. JDJ may be an example of that. Some guys need to leave because someone else is coming in . Thorson/Miller is an example of that. UGA is always tight against the 85 limit. Can't really afford to have 2 scholarship punters. CR is VERY… -
Re: Report: Georgia defensive lineman stopped for speeding, later arrested
Driving 85 on 85 is actually very common. If you drive 70 on the interstate you will get run over. The handicap thing just sounds like a **** thing a lot of people have done at one time or another when every space is filled up and there are like 5 empty handicap spots. Kind of dumb though and even dumber to not show… -
Re: Otis Reese statement.
As others have said, and I've said stated, Reese fulfilled his obligation and so did UGA. Also, thank you for answering my question that Casanova is avoiding, as there is no cost to UGA for him to transfer. Also, UGA needed to lose a few players to get to 85 scholarships, are we calling for Kirby's head for his lack of… -
Re: Dylan Raiola: The 5-star Georgia QB target who puts Jesus Christ on his goalpost
I like how you snuck in a reference to Philippians 4:13 in one of the titles. When you wrote: "We’re betting that arm strength does not come from his ritual of downing a bag of sour Skittles at halftime. “This year I’m hoping to get up to 80 or 85,” he said." I thought for a second he meant that was how many sour Skittles… -
Re: Covid Vaccine
Considering COVID-19 is 6x more contagious than the flu, and in people over 70 the mortality is around 10-14%, your church family thanks you as well. Relative to 18-29 yo adults, mortality in age 50-64 is 30x higher, 65-74 is 90x higher, 75-84 is 220x higher, and 85+ is 630x higher. Those 65+ individuals are the ones who… -

Re: What lack of transfer additions says about 2022 Georgia football team
Even though the NCAA raised the limit on how many players a team can sign in a year, the total limit for scholarships is still 85. The last count I saw, it looked like UGA was up against the limit or slightly over. I think the lack of available scholarships is another factor in preventing additions from the transfer… -
Re: Georgia basketball takes shot at shocking the conference, invades No. 8 Kentucky’s Rupp Arena
Now a 24 point game in the 2nd half..85-61 last I saw. DAWGS look flat tonight while Kentucky came ready to play. DAWGS fought back late in the 2nd half to make it a close game, but lost by 9,105-96. You score 96 points, you should win a lot more than you lose. Just so happened that Kentucky had a little better game than… -
Impact of I-85 Fire for travel to Athens (Recruiting & Fans)?
This is not directly "On-Topic" but could have an impact for fans and travel for coaches and prospects in recruiting. I am driving from Richmond, Virginia for G-Day so there is no impact. However, I am not sure how this would impact travel from Athens to Atlanta. Sometimes we fly and rent a car and my daughter will fly…
