Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next to Commit to the G
Hearing Haselwood is supportive of Fields but not moving off his position of commitment (but I dont ask the commitment I love the build up lol). Hearing good things about Nauta and Ridley on draft grades (Round 3 and Round 2 potentially Rd1 respectively)... Holyfield mocked early day 3, JR Reed and Mecole mid day 3 (Round… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Add Jayden Hunter. Laguins was moved to the outside, but he would seem a little lost on the depth chart there and also easily the smallest at the position. So far he has only played on ST as a freshman a year ago - I think. I'm looking for McBride to make a move up in the Spring. He ran a 10.7 100m and was state champion… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
I know he is only a freshman and only got to play in one game last year because of an injury, but 2022 athlete Jake Johnson was really good at MVP Camp. His older brother Max is committed to LSU, but I don’t think it will play that much of a role in his decision down the line with the difference in age. Jake is legit, 6-4… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Grad transfers or any transfers do not count against the 25 any year if they are from D1. The issue 2020 is the 85 limit. We currently have 83 with incoming players. Signing only Cager and Wolf ONLY would take it to 85. Where it helps is that they both have only 1 year of eligibility left. That will increase the number out… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Nothing you said is untrue. I have the same 6 season tickets at Georgia 18 years before born still have them and I am 52. I live across the street from UM last 30 years. The U is far from what it was in their hey day , we all know that. Talent can't hide from the NFL at any college. Sure that kid from Umass who hit us for… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
IMHO PWO only. That is, and the sensitive types should not get offended, he is only a take if Tray Scott whiffs on Eboigbe, Young, Pickering, Harris, Alfano, Travon Walker, Humphries, Clark, Pearl, Handy, Mitchell, McClendon, Harrison, Pakola, Davis, Johnson, Pickens, and Hunter; and Norton flips to Alabama. (Obviously I… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Amarius Mims is a 6-foot-6, 295 pound sophomore offensive tackle out of Cochran (Ga.) Bleckley County and Georgia offered him Monday. The Bulldogs were first to offer the emerging talent out of middle Georgia. It did not take Florida long to follow though; the Gators offered a couple of hours later. This attention is after… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
I partially agree. I don't believe that Kirby would slow play anyone. I think he was up front when accepting the commitments from several of the current one's and he will tell them that they have been recruited over. How thet spin their decommitment is up to them. I also appreciate the non 4/5 stars that you mention but… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
Rivals100 defensive back Nick Cross made it on campus. He arrived to Athens close to midnight and I am told staff members were waiting on him. He went into the locker room and did all that in the early hours of the morning. He is expected to fly out to Penn State today. I don't expect Cross to sign with Florida State at… -
Re: Next to Commit to the G
A name that is heating up in the 2020 class is Jay Hardy of McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 6-foot-5, 265 pound athletic defensive lineman was recently offered by Georgia and he has a connection there already. “I like them a lot, one of my good buddies, Zion Logue is going there and he is really trying to…
