Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
FWIW The table shows current situation with Thomas and Wilson leaving and assuming 19 commits/signed plus Evans, Ringo and Washington 🤞 Note Soph includes those that may be RSF Fresh includes 2020 Total at 88 does not factor in any other attrition as position/class unknown. This may help in determining the last spot for… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
I’m a fan of the Ridley comp, especially a more explosive Ridley comp. our offense is predicated on a power running game with big plays built off of play action. I think we took a star in Pickens. NFL comparison I like Plexico Burress there. Best at 50/50 high point in 19 class. I think we took a star in Blaylock. I think… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
@PanicSpringTour02 Yes I think UGA could easily motivate Lloyd and Tank. Tank pushing his recruitment back is seen as a success from those schools because if he decided today, most felt it would be UGA. Another name here is Chaney. Same situation as us wanting Burch to delay his decision into the season. Gus will likely be… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Couldn’t agree more on JJ. That news was jarring and disappointing. Trying to pivot to a silver lining without making the situation seem trivial is difficult, but I’ll say that the immediate dismissal clearly defines the “line”. It shows what the program will be about under Kirby. Get into a bar fight, we’ll handle it… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
@YaleDawg. Hayes is not factored in to this attrition equation as he isn’t a factor on two deep. You’re spot on with rest of post and I will not mention names on potential transfers for obvious reasons. @Denmen185. Depth chart is not frowned upon by Milton or Evans. Keep in mind that staff is prepping to lose Fromm after… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
2017 we signed David Martin as a Blue shirt so he counted as a 2018 recruit initially as we were maxed out re 2017 initials. I think he re-classed to 2017 when numbers were finalized. This class also included Wyatt who failed to qualify. 2018 24 enrolled inc. Wyatt plus Walthour and Joseph signed NLI but failed to qualify.… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
A little misleading on current roster as there are 28 freshmen of which 8 are RSF so only 20 true freshmen. Also there are 21 Soph which includes 8 RSSo so 21 (21-8+8) 2nd year players, Juniors total 18 with 3 RSJr giving 23 (18-3+8) 3rd year players. That leaves 16 seniors of which 4 are RSSr giving 15 4th year and 4 5th… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
@bmitcham89 You misinterpreted. Clarifying. For those I listed, excluding Nazir, they all wanted to be Dawgs but staff had concerns. Staff had honest convo with them and their ability to see meaningful minutes and they were persuaded to open up their recruitment. Some take this really well and move on (Elijah Moore),… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Of that group Burch, Dexter, and Ricks would be the ones I have the least amount of confidence in while confidence remains higher for them overall. Burch is going to come down to Dec. I felt better about it when the chickens were running second. UGA/CU battle and we feel UGA leads. The feeling is Dexter will flip based on… -
Re: Next To Commit To The G 2020
Not sure why you do trust Kirby here. Leaving the particulars of the Zach Evans situation aside, there seems to be a massive gulf between the widely perceived offensive philosophy he holds and wants implemented (pro style, run heavy) and the way he and his staff have recruited the position especially over the past two…
